2006 Citizen Corps Grant Funding
The Utah Commission on Volunteers is pleased to announce the availability of FY2006 Citizen Corps Grant Funding for the establishment of new Citizen Corps
Councils and for building the effectiveness and sustainability of existing Citizen Corps Councils.
The Utah Citizen Corps Council, a committee of the Utah Commission on Volunteers, office of the Lt. Governor, will review and select application proposals
from existing and newly established Citizen Corps Councils which must be submitted by August 1, 2006.
Please be aware that in Utah there are now two categories of Citizen Corps Councils: Associate Citizen Corps Councils and Charter Citizen Corps Councils.
Associate CCC's are eligible to apply for Planning Grants up to 1,000. Only Charter CCC's are eligible to apply for Program Grants in excess of 1,000.
